We have a Kampa Rally Ace 400. It's a hybrid awning so in between a full and a porch in the respect that it's the heavier weight material, it doesn't go all the way round the awning rail but all the panels zip out like in a full awning. We are a family of 5 and it gives us an amazing amount of space. We put a 4 shelf cupboard, wash basket, bin, 3 way fridge, 4 drawer stacker full of clothes, all my sons fishing stuff, table to seat 8 with 2 benches and 2 stools, and all our lounging chairs.
It also "bays" out at the front to 3m to give extra space...... We love it!! Definitely worth a look. We paid £460 for it, rrp is at the top end of your budget at £500 but well worth every penny. Back poles and monsoon poles are extra but again, well worth it....... Local dealers may well throw in the back poles and 1 monsoon pole..... Be cheeky, you never know
We have a Towsure insignia absolutely love it. Plus if you go in store they often have returns at great prices. They are perfect too just ones where people didn't like the colour or whatever on mail order.
