Hi folks, something has given up on our electric heating.   Can anyone help?

We have the Trumatic S 3002p system which has both gas and electric heating with blown air. The gas heating works no problem as does the fan for the blown air system. The green light on the control switch does not come on. 

I have checked the 12 volt fuse all OK.

The 10 amp fuse at the mains switch is ok.

The 240 volt supply is at the control box in the wardrobe.

How do I check out the PCB in the control box.
