Hi
I am having great difficulty trying to find 32mm panel window seal rubber with 10mm bubble. I have had 2 shops say yes they can get any size bring a sample. I travel down there and they say that's not in the catalogue sorry cant help. Even when I tell them dimensions over the phone. I am getting to wits end as holiday booked in 2 weeks time.

Your panel cannot be 32mm is the usual comment. Yes it is, I know how to read a vernier gauge.

Can anyone help, please. I have tried seals direct, leisureshop direct, 3 caravan shops over the phone and 2 in person.

Thanks in advance.

Widow rubber seals come in three sizes to my knowledge, 25,27 and 30mm,although you can get different bulb sizes,so i would suggest trying the 30 mm as it is rubber i would think it will stretch and open up that extra 2mm as you need it a good tight fit.

How about this?

http://www.southdownsmotorcaravans.com/magento/southdowns/uk/spares/window-spares/black-rubber-seal.html

I don't understand the 28/32 bit,I presume the top channel is 28mm and the wall thickness is 32mm.

Funny that. Since posting I have noted a faint print on the back of the seal and the brand is Polyplastic. I googled and found they are a Dutch company. This may be the seal thanks for your help.

My caravan is Dutch, so if you get any joy from this company, let us have a contact/web page... I might need a window seal myself one day!

Hi bob , I replaced my seals on the front of my countryside last year, I got my seals from my local caravan dealer I know I have some left somewhere and I will have a measure for you . I did not have any problems finding any so maybe it's the 30mm .

Bigstu.

That's interesting as mine is 32mm panel and id 32mm seal.

Polyplastics have come back to me and given me an email address of a company in the UK that can supply the exact seal. I have just emailed them and will advise on response.

Thanks all.

Hi Bob,

Did you find 32mm seals? I am in the same boat I think! Wall thickness measures anywhere from 30.5 to 32.5mm ! So not sure what thickness of rubber I need!

Van is 1998 Bailey Pageant. Have emailed Bailey to ask what I should be fitting as a replacement! But if they come back and say 32mm ...
