I've recently purchased a 12 year old caravan with Powrtouch wheel movers. Unfortunately on only my second outing with the unit I've lost/misplaced/left the handset on the tow bar and can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can purchase a new/used handset specifically for the T Series which is no longer in production. I have a chronic back problem and will not be able to use the unit if I can't find a handset.

Any advise would be gratefully accepted.

I have a Powertouch on my caravan believe they have a 5 year warranty.I've had reason to contact them on 2 occasions in last 2 years and they are very helpful so suggest you give them a call,assume you have their contact number if not I can give it to you

It will be an RF type remote meaning it works on radio not infra red like a TV one.

I take it you've tried ringing Powrtouch on details listed here ??

There are several handsets selling on ebay. Don't know if they are the correct type but I too found powrtouch help desk very helpful when I used them.

Thank you everyone for your advice. I did contact Powrtouch in the first place but they said that they no longer have any handsets suitable for T Spec electronics and our only option would be to purchase replacement electronics (inc Handset) for £275. I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas as the T Series appears to be very difficult to get hold of.
