Seals direct is the place to go for weather strips, etc. They will also identify the seals you need if you send them a piece, and will also send samples (just send them an email with the part numbers of the most likely looking) if you're not sure which one you need.
Re the double glazing, if it's just the door and one side of the glazing split, I would seal it with transparent sealer. The alternative is to start searching the online caravan breakers to see if they have one in stock.
