It's not the door being able to take the load (and WE have no idea how heavy your TV is!), which on it's own it probably can't, it's what attaches the fairly lightweight door to the cabinet carcass, the HINGES, or more precisely the HINGE FIXING SCREWS, that take the load, and they are probably not up to the task! Most caravan cabinets are made of thin lightweight chip/fibre board (think MFI furniture if you're old enough!) that screws pull out of easily even with their intended lightweight load!
When manufactures affix TV brackets it's usually to a reinforcing plate affixed securely to a cabinet wall, so that they can use substantial screws through a decent thickness of board and the whole cabinet is securely fixed at multiple points to the framework of the caravan.
Can't really advise where to put it, as no idea of the layout of your van, but can say with some certainty, it will need to be to a fixed cabinet/wall with reinforcement to spread the load of the bracket fixing screws. You are likely to have 4 or 5 Kg minimum hanging off 4 very closely pitched bracket fixing screws.
Easy enough to get a 12v cable extension to widen the scope of where you can mount TV.
