It's either a fault in the pump or the wiring. Can you disconnect the wiring to the pump at the pump itself. If you can, try the taps without the pump connected. If the fuse blows it must be the wiring. If not it's the pump faulty. It's probably more likely to be a fault in the pump than the wiring.
