I am looking for a large (larger the better) caravan. its for me to live in for 9 months on a building site but i am mainly looking for just a shell as dont need toilet, water etc and all i seem to be able to find is fitted vans and dont want to pay for all the bits or vans full of damp. So basically a LARGE, DRY, SHELL. any ideas suggestions?
Theres plenty of secondhand caravans around on ebay for well under £1000 that will be in reasonable condition for what you want, but I very much doubt you will find a large dry shell for any less.
I'm not even sure what mean, a portacabin, yes? You would need to pay for transport for delivery & removal afterwards.
Plenty of places selling old static caravans, which are popular for temporary use on building projects. If you can't sell it afterwards, bust it up & sell the ali for scrap.

There quite a number of modern caravans that fit the bill. Roma is one.
