We need to replace our Thetford toilet. Our model is a c250cwe. I cannot seem to find a replacement like for like. Any advice on which model I should go for? I cannot find a contact number for Thetford either.

Our impaler seizes if we don’t use the van for a while. We just tweak it and it’s fine. Perhaps we will eventually get tired of it but I’m not convinced if we replace - it won’t happen again!

If the problem is the impeller, replacing the whole unit lock, stock and barrel is a bit severe. All you are going to get is another impeller, as if you had just bought this on its own. You have to ask why its happening. Are you using top tank 'gunk' - which really isnt needed? You say it plays up when its laid up a while. Something is gumming it up in there. You could end up with the same problem further down the line.
Could anybody tell me where the fuse on a C262 thetford toilet in a 2012 Lunar Venus caravan is please.
I've had the cassette out and I've removed the cover from over the board but there's no fuse.
Any recommendations would be greatly received.

I seem to remember this question being asked of a C260, the replacement for the C250 that had the fuse holder on a plate in the void behind the cassette.
I don't think they have one in the toilet 'box' anymore, there were problems with damp and corrosion. I heard that a Sprite model had the fuse for it alongside the others on the main fuse board instead.
