Any one had any experience in dealing with the Swift Command System .. ? Radio keeps freezing and therefor have to constantly re-calibrate the system but fault keeps repeating itself....Starting to loose confidence in the system as it runs absolutely everything... Any help will be greatly appreciated....

Have you tried contacting Sargent themselves, from reading elsewhere on the net they seem to have a good name for responding to queries.
