It its not riddled with damp it should be ok, the gunge comes off easily enough. Squirt mould remover over the worst of the green bits, allow to soak & it should clean up ok with car shampoo or caravan cleaner & carwash brush. If you are using a pressure washer, keep nozzle well away from seams though.

Alpiner You would be surprised at how well the van in the first pic. would clean up. From the photo it looks like its mostly algae which should clean ok , its if there is any black moss it becomes a problem.
