I made a couple more modifications to my Orion today. It intrigued me from day one why the mains isolator and the gas control switch for the water heater are together above the sink and the mains control switch is in the bed box by the water heater.
I have now moved the isolator and the gas control switch to the bed box along side the mains control switch. The vacated spaces now contain two more 13A sockets.
I have also fitted a remote control dimmer switch to the ceiling lights for more relaxed evening times

The mains isolator and the gas control switch for the water heater are probably together above the sink for us old 'uns who can't bend down so easily.

The mains control switch is in the bed box by the water heater so the water heater can be safely isolated from the supply for maintenance.

The extra sockets will always be useful.

No the isolator is above the sink with the off/low/high control switch for gas operation. the switch on the bed box is the off/low high switch for mains operation
