It's a Winterhoff stabiliser hitch that's why the Al-Ko hitch lock doesn't fit. The hitch lock you need is shown in the link below.

its because you havent got an alko hitch! you have a winterhoff one on your caravan

You need a “ball” type plastic thing that mimics the size and shape of a tow ball. All camping shops have them.
