Hope the pic has linked above... Recently purchased my first caravan so learning as I go at the moment. My current issue is I can't get the heatingto work. The igniter is not sparking so need to fix this. was wondering if it is the part in the pic I need to replace and if so what's it called. Thanks for any help

at the moment you havent really established if you need new parts or not. tell us what model the heating is, and then what your battery level is, anything below 12.4 volt means the battery is dead, whether it will recharge depends on how long its been left at that level. so remove it and charge using a proper car charger, not the caravan one as that only charges to around 80%, then try again and come back and tell us more details of what your doing/not doing
