I have just bought a Bailey Rainger 510/4L are there things I should look for and any obvious faults in this model, it is a 2004.

Have you checked it for damp? I've no experience of Bailey Rangers but damp is the killer of all vans.

Gas locker leaks - check rubber seal
Pressure valve on water supply set incorrectly giving low water pressure through taps .
Front position lights letting water in.

Cracks in front above the large window this is a major fault on 2004 model and also gap between glass in front window this was also a major fault.Ian

I had a 510/4 1999, a lovely van which we kept for 7 years. Only trouble was floor delamination by the kitchen and in the bathroom. The floor went up and down when you bounce on it. Fairly easy fix by the dealer though.
