Is this normal?
In May 2013 I purchased a new Venus 380/2. I've used it 4 times and in September I noticed that it was lower on the right side whilst it was stationary on the driveway. I checked the height and it was just over 1 inch lower. I emptied everything from inside just in case I had put too much weight on one side and checked it again. Still the same.
I returned it to the dealers who have had it for over 4 weeks. They're waiting for Lunar to decide how to repair it! Just how long is the repair supposed to take. Is it normal to have to wait this long?

The cheapest method at commercial rates would be to replace the axle, half a days work in a workshop I would guess. The time that you are without your caravan is down to how long it takes somebody at Lunar to make that decision & to agree to pay your dealer to do the work.

As it is a new caravan I can understand your thinking that this should be rectified but it dosen't actually effect the running of caravan, you will find plenty of older caravans with this much or more ride height discrepancy & it is possible that manufacturer will argue that it is within limits.
