we try to get away at least 5-7 days each month.

We are restricted by school hols and work, so try for a week at Easter, a week at spring bank 2 weeks at least in summer holidays plus any weekends we can muster.

When we can escape from minding grandchildren, five of them with three different sets of parents. We have managed 4 Days and 5 days just us two, 5 days with a three year old grandson. 5 days on our own next week. 4 days booked for Bank holiday weekend with family, some in tents. Hoping for more before Winter. We have organised a 6 week slot to go to Benidorm next March. Some sections of our family will want picking up from Alicante for cheap holidays with us during those weeks.
