Has broke! OK, it cost 8 squid at Morrisons. So did most o` the others I saw on site this week. Now I noticed their poles seemed to stick out o` the ground less than mine. So I bashed mine in good and proper. Safe as houses!
You guessed the rest. Couldn`t get `em up . . . ha ha so I`m down a pole, lucky it wasn`t more . . .
Any simple solution to this simple problem - other than the obvious? MORE guy ropes? Hope not . . .

alpiner I have one of those in my lawn at home for the rotary line but if you take it out it leaves a deep hole about 2inches across great bit of kit though

Yes!
Are there any nice campsites near to a beach around Morcambe? Not too far away from me, but I usually head up further up the M6 towards Silloth or Dumfries and Galloway...
There`s Westgate Caravan Park down the road from where I live. About a mile from the shore, mind.I`m not familiar with the sites in my own area (there are loads o` residentioal ones) but there`s a beach side site at Haverigg nr Millom you might know about. . . . .natives are a tad strange . . .rumour has it they all sing out of tune . . .
