I look after a place in GL29PX....50 here so far. M5 motorway 10 mins max.. Tenner a week. CCTV .Property owners live here. I look after the storage for them 24/7. I think £520 a year is very steep. We live in the next county Worcestershire and a Gold CASSOA site is only £420. Where we store costs us £312 per annum, but it is only a bronze CASSOA site. Both sites are within 10 minutes of the M5.

I too think it's a bit steep as on my site in Somerset the charge is £300 pa or £5.77 week.
