I think the screws are what they call 'self tapping' screws but they can vary in diameter and length so the actual thread pitch (one complete turn) should be identical as to what's already in place. Just remove one screw and measure the length and diameter so that you can obtain the same replacement screws. Stainless steel screws don't rust but are much harder in comparison so if you use them be careful not to over-tighten them. More information on self tappers below.
