The Award 14/4 ran from about 1978 till 1981 ... for 1982 it became the 15/4 (and the 15/4 as was became the 16/4). So I guess yours is somewhere in between!

The date of manufacture could well be on the nearside of the 'A' frame if you have a look. It won't have a CRIS number because the registration system wasn't introduced till about 1992.
