Tried to get a bottom hinge pin for the fridge from Leisureshopdirect

Phoned Thetford and got recorded message, ""we don't do spares - try search for "Thetford Spare Parts" or hold for technical advice.
Got a nice lady who looked up the part and she said they don't supply it for aftermarket sales - that's why I couldn't get it from Leisure shop.
It will be in the post tonight - no charge. Great service.
