I am NOT an ENGINEER
When I turn on my Cascade 2, the GREEN (Left) light comes on instantly too. It's if the gas fails to ignite after some seconds that my RED (Centre) light comes on too. I suggest you check your earth continuity and power supply to the ignition unit if she is not clicking, you may have disturbed the wiring whilst replacing the pipe.
