We're off to Beechcroft Farm for the Bank Holiday week in 2 weeks, from up here in the North East.... So we're after some directions in advance please. Google says either to go A1, M1 skimming through Leeds, Wakefield, Barnsley and then Sheffield, then onto Beechcroft. Or, A1, M18, M1 onto A617 / A619 / A6 etc... We don't really want to be towing through or near enough cities like the first route, so do you think we should go for the second route with less built up areas? And, is it less 'hilly' the second way? My dad has warned me of a colossal hill somewhere down that area too...
