Hi all , help please ,having been convinced to give up the camping and buy a used caravan by my good lady ,I have now purchased a 2003 coachman pastiche 530/4 .I have failed to
be able to confirm where to connect the gas bottle too ?
and guessing I will also need an regulator .Does any one out there have one of these ? are all connections the same .Any info greatly received.

Does it not have a bulkhead regulator (fitted as standard since late 2003) in the middle of the gas locker? If so you will only need a "pigtail" high pressure hose (with a fitting to match that on whichever cylinder you're using) between cylinder and regulator.
If there is no bulkhead regulator then somewhere around the back edge of gas locker will be a copper pipe with brass nipple on the end. rubber gas pipe is pushed onto this, secured with jubilee clip & with other end to regulator & gas bottle.
Thank you all for your replies , maybe I missed the bulkhead regulator /or the copper pipe st the back edge . I will check again when replacing gas bottles .I did find a small brass nipple on the side of the van( thought might be for BBQ ( hoping anyway ) , but this was too small to leave a gas hose regulator attached when disconected from the bottle .
