Just back from our maiden outing in our new abbey, and it went ok,however a major pain was the water heater kept tripping the electric circuit breaker when turned on.Even sitting with manual and following the instructions t the letter it was still doing this.
So obviously a fault somewhere,I had a look but couldnt see anything obvious.
so am I looking at an easy repair,or will the heater possibly need replaced?------------- Who needs travel agents,we have our static

It sounds like the heating element has blown , someone with a multimeter should be able to confirm this.

If not used for some time it could be damp round the element, run on gas for 24 hours to dry.if a new element is on the cards.------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.
