I thought this may be useful with the new season coming up
My best buys are probably the duvalays and a remoska. Both have made a huge difference
Worst buys probably include the set of stacking storage boxes that don't really fit anywhere and a camping wardrobe that I thought would be really useful for keeping the awning tidy but has only been used once
(I'm hoping that someone will shed some light on dri-buddys)
Best buy was the caravan itself - it might be old but (touch wood) it's been practically trouble free for the last two years and I'll be really sorry if we do need to replace it with a different layout next year.
Worst buy - not much so far ... the collapsible laundry basket that skewered me with its wire wasnt much of a hit though!
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
best buy...folding hammock, slow cooker, Big box of wine each time we go away!!

Well done penguin73 forgot about that bl**dy rotary dryer. It never made the return journey on its first outing.

Best buy,... well after the caravan itself, it must be my moter mover, I really struggled with my folding camper in/out of the garage previously.
Worst buy,... must be the folding seats that were cheap and didn't last 5 minutes, pay cheap & pay twice! and we had one of those plastic egg boxes like birder99 that was useless for the same reason.
Best buy has to be the reclining camping chairs. best £20 we have ever spent.
Worst buy
Either the camping wardrobe which how houses the towels in our bedroom
Or
The dri buddy, and twin tub washer
Used a handful of times, takes up far to much room,
Decided I was sick of doing laundry on holiday so now we take extra clothes and I do it when I get back
May take the twin tub to France just in case tho in the summer, but not the dri buddy which now takes up huge loads of space in the utility room
------------- Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
worst buys
plastic egg box never found a decent size egg to fit it
folding chairs bought from towsure 3 years ago broke after 4 outings
wind up lantern dimmer than a candle
Best buys
2 replacement folding garden chairs bought in a sale at Tesco £25 the pair still going strong 3 years on.
Our Abby Vogue so far in its 4th year with us trouble free
Satalite system end of stock bargian dish and reciever signal meter £29.99 at the caravan show 2 years ago
Worst 2011 Bailey Valencia - with delivery nose weight of 100kg.(they said it was 88kg) Now stuck with need for huge tow car with high n/w limit and allied running costs.
Best -motor mover without which I could not get van on drive at home .
One of our best buy,s a portable satellite kit 12v + mains & solar panel. The worst buy: Camping wardrobe. The awning which came with the van so heavy needed a truck to get it into the garage, its still on the truck boxed up strapped up, ready for a interested purchaser? Trunnion.
Best Buys
+1 for the Remoska
Quest elite Windemere porch awning (£109)
Maypole breathable caravan cover. Kept caravan clean over the winter and it meant I could leave the roof vents ajar so the caravan remained aired and condensation free.
Worst buys
I can't think of any bad buys
Best buy---self inflating airbed -
beats the foot pump!
Worst buy ---Cadac barbecue- most overated item we have ever bought - used it twice and got shut. Also the waste bin attached (now removed) to our caravan door
