Hi I have an elddis affinity 550 (2013) and am having problems with the IDC on it. The caravan is on a BPW chassis and the IDC was fitted at time of build. When the caravan is plugged into the car the IDC light flashes red and the normal brake checks by the caravan are not happening.   I originally left it plugged in for 12 hors as per posts I had read on resetting it, but to no effect. I then thought a connection lead to the IDC box had perhaps come loose, this is where I have the problem.
After crawling under the caravan I discovered that there is no IDC box! There are 2 leads coming out of the wheels (1 each wheel) and leading to the A frame where there are 3 leads plugged in.   One from each wheel and one to the IDC light on A frame.
Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong or how to remedy the situation?

Any help gratefully recieved

I think you may need to take the caravan to a dealer or AWS technician that is familiar with the IDC system? BPW was taken over by Alko in 2017 so not many will know the system. We had a 2016 Elddis product with the IDC system.
