I am new to caravans and recently bought a hymer caravan My first stay in it was great except that i spent the time with no water in the taps as I could not release them from the down position they were put in to tow it home. I was afraid to break them as i didn't know the knack.
I don't exactly what taps you are referring to but have you tried pushing them down first then twisting them as they could then rise which would be designed similar to the plunger you find on top of a domestic liquid soap bottle when new.
Thank you, that is what I thought and i tried that but with caution as I didn't want to break the taps. If I knew that was the right method I could try with a bit more force. They are Reich taps.
