Hi there I have a carver 5500 turbo fanmaster heater gas works fine but when we switch to electric it comes on but dosent heat up because when we move the sliders it cuts /trips out it dose nt trip the circuit board in the caravan but trips my rcd unit in my house can anyone help with suggestions kind regards
