Since getting my new to me caravan, It has always felt as thought it was sitting low on one side, took it back to the dealer they said it's spot on. Yet every time we use it I have to put blocks under the same side on every site we go to.
So I took it out onto a fairly level road, measure from the ground to the same spot on each wheel arch and found there is a difference of 30mm. The side of the caravan that is low takes all the weight, sink, fridge, full-size cooker, microwave, Battery locker, and charger unit, and end bathroom sink unit is also on the same side. So it is my thinking that the spring or whatever it is has gone weak over 5 years of use.
Advise needed before I go back and see the dealer, I only have a few weeks left of my warranty.
We always put levelling blocks on the same side on every site. That is just the way the pitches are for some reason. Try putting the van in front forward and see if the blocks still go on the same side! Sounds silly I know, but it may just be the pitch and not the van.

Easy solution is to take a sprit level with you to the dealer and show them the proof. You can't argue with a bubble! If the ground is level then so should the caravan be too.
We have used various sites, and always the same side. Just back from being away and this time we picked a pitch directly opposite from the one we had in September, still had to lift it up on the same side.
Now I was just wondering if there is some form of manufacturers tolerance. It doesnt matter where you park the van you can always see it listing to the side, and you can even notice the difference between the wheel and the arch just by looking at each side.
I wouldnt measure to the wheel arch as ther is a variation in fitting these, measure to something more structural such as the floor or chassis. I know it means crawling underneath but i would measure top of axle to floor on each side' this willremove the variations of trim, tyres etc.

Yes it is low on the side that has the equipment. I am more worried about stability than draining water.
I have a 2010 Lunar which also sits 1.5 cm lower on
the O/S and this within tolerance , Lunar say 250mm is the difference allowed and the reason my van sits slightly lower is because the Fridge , Cooker , 120amp leisure battery and the Hotwater tank are all the same side .
The Van tow's perfectly so I'm not worried .
I previously had a brand New 2007 S6 Pageant Burgundy and it also sat slightly down on one side .
I think your worrying unnecessarily
Top.of axle to floor will always be the same, as the floor is fixed to the chassis. Would need to measure from the floor or chassis to the ground. Will let you know the results.
