Hi.
We are just about to buy our first caravan and have found a nice bailey ranger with a fixed bed. It is in good condition for a 2001 model and has a fixed bed which really appeals.
Are they good vans? Or should I consider another type.
Does £4500 sound reasonable?
Thanks
Thats a good price. We were looking for a fixed bed but the cheapest near to us were around the 5K mark. We have just bought a Lunar Jupiter 5 berth and going to turn end diner into a fixed bed.
Just make sure you look around and get the best one for your needs
Thanks guys.
We bought the van today and it is totally dry. It comes with a years warranty for peace of mind.
Pick it up on Feb 1st. Can't wait to get started.

There is a nice one on Gumtree same year but price at £4,000 ( Nottingham )
I assume you got it from a dealer if it comes with a warranty.
My advice would be to still check it yourself for any signs of damp. Our first van came with a warranty, but after a thorough inspection at home we found damp. We got our money back in the end, but it caused a lot of stress and wasted a large amount of time and money.
I hope you enjoy your Bailey caravan are you going to join the Bailey Owners Caravan Club you will enjoy the Rallies you can go on with me being a member i hope to see you some time in the future ............
