Excellent service from Riversway,, phone call from them this morning to arrange delivery The mover being delivered tommorrow and Powertouch will then get in touch to arrange fitting by one of their engineers.

Yes the before hand service i received was good too, when i had mine fitted (not a powertouch) the fitted couldn't test it cause he said my battery was dead so bought a new battery to which i found 1 side on the mover didn't work. So contacted riversway ok they said we'll order a part? Hang on a minute you haven't even been to see what the problem is but they'll be back in about 2 weeks when the part arrives. In which time i discovered it was a wire not connected but i wasn't even shown where the equipment was on fitting. So phoned them up to inform them and passed from pillar to post yes John will phone you back or Johnny. I've emailed them recently to ask if i should have confirmation on my warrenty guess what no reply.

£675,excellent price.ours in 2005 cost £950 fitted.so the prices have come down.makes a nice change.

its just been delivered, boxes huge and very heavy.

Michael, yes its very nice to see something come down in price. We nearly bought one direct from Powertouch at the NEC show for £740. Glad we dithered and waited a while!
