I cant see the optional inner tent in the options list on the inflatable version?
On our current Kampa 390 we have all the pole options, but also the optional inner tent that clips into the loops in the roof for when our daughters boyfriend comes away with us.
The inflatable model was on show at the NEC recently. The design is a great idea in theory, however I didn't think all the valves on show were particularly pleasing on the eye to be honest. Such things don't normally bother me, but the pipework was (IMO) a bit of a mess and the few others who viewed the awning while I was browsing, weren't too complimentary either.
Well I spoke to the chap at NEC, and he says not at present , but, they are redesigning it, B-I-L ordered one, I didn,t have the guts , what another bit of kit, could just hear the OH words ringing in my ears !
Will wait till she,s seen B-I-L ,s THEN we,ll get one .
------------- Keep smiling, its later than you think !
I have spoken to Kampa regarding the valve issue mentioned here, as I too was concerned that the bright red and yellow demonstration fittings looked a bit 'loud!'.
Kampa confirmed that the production models will have smaller, grey valves which from the images provided make for a much more pleasing interior.
Inner tents aren't listed as an option, and there is no evidence on any of the technical documentation of internal hanging rings. From this I would think an inner tent unlikely.
On the plus side you wont need monsoon poles!
The hanging rail option would not be available on these models either.
We should be taking delivery of a demonstration model shortly for display at our shop, so I would hope to have more information later if required.
