Buy a Van to convert into a Picnic van or Camper, then use the old caravan as a donor to get all the upholstry, fridge, sink, toilet, furniture ect that you need to complete the project.
If you dont fancy doing this yourself, plenty of people buy such caravans on E-bay for this purpose.
