After much thought, consideration and decisions we are the proud owners of an Elddis Avante 362! The funky factor was neither practical or cheap. We needed a bit more floor space than the Bongo but wanted small and light enough to tow the long distances we do without having to renew our car. And also small enough to get in our narrow drive on a slope. So at 7'1' wide and 14' long, 2 berth with a full size awning (for guests!) and motor mover we have cracked it. It came with enough extras to fill a camping shop. Delighted.

Thanks all, first outing will be next weekend so pics galore will be taken then. This weekend we'll be driveway camping - anyone else do that when they just get a new camping set-up lol?

I have! It actually makes good sense to have a go somewhere near home, that way, if there are any probs, it's easily dealt with. Enjoy!!

Fairly local, Lanark. Thought we'd have to go to England for one so glad not to have too much of a drive for once.
