We have been given one of these today by a friend who has given up caravanning. I've googled Dorema President but not found any info. Does anyone own one or can tell me how old they are. Instructions would be brilliant too!

I don't think you will get any help from Dorema there customer service is not very helpfull but no harm in trying.Ian

Dorema customer services were excellent with me too but with any company, some staff will be quite helpful where others won't so don't let one bad apple put you off.

We've had numerous awnings & they all go together about the same. The last two Dorema awnings we've had were Senator Lux & were lovely awnings.

As far as their customer services are concerned, each time I've called them to order something they've always been very helpful.
