You need to look at the wattage output of the appliance first and make sure the output is not too high otherwise you could be limited to amount of electrical appliances used simultaneously. We purchased a halogen oven last year which is around 1200 watts so anything around this output would be satisfactory.
First you need to find out how many amps the site you are going to provides on the electric hook up. In the UK, this is usually either 10 or 16 but on the continent we have experienced as low as 4 but often 6 or 10 as standard.
Next you need to find the wattage of the product you want to use. Then use the formula watts divided by volts equals amps to see how many amps the product will draw. The normal voltage across Europe is 230 volts so if you have a product that is 2000 watts then you divide 2000 by 230 which gives 8.7 amps so it would be fine to run this product alone on a 10 or 16 amp site but it would trip the electrics on a site which only offers 6 amps.
You also need to keep an eye on the total of what you are using at any one time to ensure it doesn’t exceed the maximum amps and this is where it is easy to get caught out and trip the electrics. So I have just looked on Argos at a large air fryer they are selling which is 1750 watts which would use 7.6 amps. If you switch on almost anything else at the same time, you will probably trip a 10amp hook up.
I was curious and checked the Ninja Foodi 9-in-1 which has air-frying as a function, and it is rated at 1490W.
This should be fine as long as one does not have another appliance with a high wattage heating element on at the same time, like a kettle or fan heater.

Here's part of my reply to someone else who enquired about electric cooking on EHU.
As a rough guide the following gives the MAX power of ALL running appliances for typical EHU supplies (don't forget, if you have a leisure battery, the charger will take some power, and things like water pumps and lights may be 12v, but still draw from the EHU supply via the 240v-12v converter/charger unit!):
6A - 1440W (1.44kW) max
10A - 2400W (2.4kW) max
16A - 3840W (3.84kW) max
Probably best not to push to absolute limits, and stated appliance power figure are usually 'typical' rather than absolute max, with some demanding a little more than rating plate suggests.
Can't describe it as small or light, nor particularly cheap now (we paid sub £200 couple of years back!), but we've got a Kampa roastmaster portable camping gas two burner hob & oven for when we tent camp, and it's a brilliant piece of kit. Worth considering and see if you can fit it into your kit as an alternative to electric cookers IMHO. Many domestic appliances like air fryers are quite fragile, so retaining original packing and repacking as originally shipped may be necessary to ensure their survival for camping trips!
