Hi i wonder if anyone can help.

We have a Sargent Stinger 310 Alarm on our caravan and it was all working ok at the weekend then when we got home the lights aren't flashing when arming and disarming.
I called Sargent technical help earlier and he asked me if the alarm had been activated while towing (which it had for some reason) and he said it was most likely fuse 12 on the PSU but we checked and changed fuse and still no luck.
I can call again tomorrow but my husband asked me if anyone on here knows as he'd like to get it fixed tonight if possible.

Then click on the third link from the top , and read the first post , a hardware reset may be worth a try .

go to swift talk website there is usually someone from sargent monitoring the website and they are usually fairly quick replying
