Has anyone used ACf-50 spray on their caravan?

I's expensive stuff but i have a full tin of the stuff I was going to use on my motorbike but never got round to it.

I was thinking about using it to spray the awning rails (to lubricate and help bead / repel water) and the other rubber seals on the caravan windows etc.

Is this a good idea?

Personally I use Mr Sheen (other silicone polishes are available)

I have used this product a lot, on my bikes mainly it is fantastic stuff but expensive, but worth every penny . It is used in the aircraft industry mainly. It is excellent for repelling water. Its quite thick you can spray it in the cap and apply it with a brush if you wish. In a different class to WD40.

Having now read the details I don't think this is the right product to lubricate an awning rail. I've always used a simple silicone polish, or the proper awning rail lubricant.
