as far as i am aware these vans are a very popular budget van and been around in the European market for years. i understand the build quality to be good.
As Christian said they are better known in Europe, particularly France. Some models also have the advantage of being quite light weight for the given size. No personal experience of them.
I owned 1. The build quality is ok to be fair for the money, just the odd few screws that needed re-tightening every now and then. I bought mine brand new in 2006 and it had a 3 year anti ingress warranty. I had the 4 berth Starlett 390CP which was fine as a single lad. I then got a partner that liked her clothes and shoes and just didnt have the space then so changed it, then got rid of the girlfriend and her accompanying clothes and shoes . The only thing is they are basic but it depends on your requirements.

No aerial works in a "No signal" area
If you are getting a No signal message on your TV, it just needs retuning.
