Our last trip was particularly bad......

faulty gas hose.....broken wheel bolt....leaking surge damper.....broken tap tail......broken caravan key..
hinges pulling out of doors.....air con failed...

It was a long trip, 3 months, but even so!

We have broken things like wine glass, bottle opened snapped and had a gushing water problem outside the van once but............. I actually feel embarassed to admit this, we recently had  a ?major forgot something

We have just got back from a weekend away at a site no more than 15mins drive from our home town, Friday we arrived, set up, had lunch, went out for a walk around, back at caravan I made dinner, tidied up and OH suggests going to local pub in the next village for a quick drink. 2 hours later we are back at the van having a few more drinks..........Went to make the bed up and we had forgotten all the clean bedding. I dont drive, OH was over the limit, couldnt just pop down the road home and get the bedding. So our first night was spent fully clothed and with our bath towels as covers. As soon as we had breaky the next morning we jumped in the car and went home to throw the bedding in car and back off to the van we went. Rest of the weekend was brilliant.

We go on our main holiday in 3 weeks, OH says WE WILL NOT FORGET THE BEDDING THIS TIME........ I say, if we do we'll just go buy some as will be 5 hours away.
