Hi Guys - I'm new to the forum, I purchased a Awning from Mr Jeff Bowen, Bowen Awnings and first time I put it up I noticed a few faults, is there anyone on the site had dealings with Mr Bowen?

I will post again later, when I get all the relevent information together as I will be looking for advice on this matter.

Yes several years ago, box was incorrectly labelled for the awning inside it - I don't believe it was the company fault, he sent the correct size 24hr delivery and had the incorrect one picked up at the same time.
It was a Telt Larsen.

I ordered my awning annex from them a couple of weeks ago and had no problems at all.
