Hi all,

I’m having issues with my movers. They auto engage, I can manoeuvre the vann but then only one of the movers disengages automatically.

Has anyone has this issue and does anyone know how to resolve please?

Hi there. I have a Reich Move Control Compact - great little mover (so long as they are working of course).
I had a similar issue last year which you may be able to resolve relatively simply. Have you checked that the orange manual wind 'key' at the rear of the unit is fully in place and engaging correctly with the steel nut inside. If not, then you will experience the problem that you describe as this 'key' prevents the nut from rotating when fully in place. Alternatively, the same problem can occur if you have a loose electrical connection to the actuator motor. This problem and how to resolve it is best explained in this short but very helpful video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9YEOwz0nGTo&t=671s

Best of luck, Steve
