I sent them an order a couple of weeks ago now & have had no response.
I emailed them & also called the contact number but no reply.
Are they reputable?
My order was placed on 30th April.
I called the company on Tuesday. They informed me it has been dispatched & will be delivered by the end of the week.
I'm afraid I have lost trust in them.
Has nobody on the forum used them? Their website looks very impressive.
If I could get a bit of positive feedback from members I might feel a little better.
I had a powrtouch evolution fitted by them last week, no problems at all. I have to say that every time I called them a chap on the end of the phone was extremely helpful, and to be honest, even saved me money on my fitment!! I placed an order about 6 weeks ago, the fitters turned up on time and completed the job in about 2 hours. I am sorry you have experienced problems with them, but I do know they are run off their feet. Give them a ring, it can take some time to get through as they are always engaged, but keep at it. The Motor mover arrived Friday it took 18 days to get here. eventually I called powrtouch direct. They send this retailers orders out direct from the factory. They were extremely helpful & told me the mover was dispatched from them on Thursday 17th. The online retailer told me it had been dispatched the Monday before!! I have a motor mover now & paid a good price. As to weather I would use the seller again, probably not. I would have liked to have a bit more contact from them as to the whereabouts of the order. I think the orders are passed straight to powrtouch & as a consequence the online retailer doesnt know their status without actually contacting them & finding out. Something you could just do yourself!!
Called Powrtouch this morning & they are sending a new part out today.
I have to say the service from powrtouch has been excellent unlike caravan movers online.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
