i have not been well for te last few months and it put some of my make over planes for the van on hold but i did manedge some new curtins as last years black ones were a little too see throu so we had to change with the lights off. i had a dig through my fabric cupboard and there was some nice flowery fabric i have actuly had for 16 years. i new i would have a use for it one day lol.
That looks much better. It is lovely. Like a country garden come into the van. Love it
I was wondering where you had got to so have others. But had to wait till you come back on. Hope your feeling a lot better now. Have you managed to get away in your van.
Do you still havea problem with the man at the bottome of your garden and moaning?
I wanted to completly redo the van all flowers and chabby chic. But with being ill and allso thinking that we might be better getting a slightly bigger van say 14ft with seating at both ends becoues i only sleep 2 hours at a time i could do with somewere to sit and have a brew instead of waking tony up crawling round the bed every few hours.we just want small seating arie at the back for me. but the chabby chics not gone i have allready been getting stuff for the next van and candy will have to go to a good home when the time comes i get upset just thinking about her going think shes with us for this year at least though
.think our first trip away will be june iv not been out the houes hardly so had no chance going away yet. I was ill our last trip out last years and am still suffering a little but i will win i allways do lol
i dont have a moana at the bottome of the garden i have a nutty bullder next door who used to have a brick he painted black and covered street drains with but hesd got a new project now hes covering his back garden with a plastic coragated roof and flagged it all and painetd them garage floor red. it looks like a huge bus stop lol. have no idea what hes up to as he has only 6ft by 12ft of uncoverd arie left. i think hes planning on running his bulding firm completly from there. I think he wont be lol.
Sorry to hear you've not been well, I hope things improve for you. Just done a makeover on my diddy van too!
I remember your builder and his black brick! I lived in a bungalow that had been 'transformed' by a so-called 'builder' and I was rehoused as it was deemed 'unfit for human habitation'!
Nice to have you back, your little van looks cute,Hope you feel more up to doing a bit more soon.Loved what you did to the van,I always followed your threads on what you were doing last year.
Sorry to hear you have not been feeling well - I always enjoy looking at your photos and reading your posts. Don't worry about Candy - she is so unusual that she just has to go to someone who will love her as much as you do. Then hopefully when you get your new 'van you will be feeling better and can start all over again! Then we can all enjoy following another wonderful makeover!
Well I wouldn't know obviously you and your wife have much more knowledge of tarts than I do. If you dislike my van so much why do you keep looking at it and showing your wife. If you don't like it don't look. I am sure I will resist the urge to ever invite you in. Have you ever herd the saying if you can not say anything nice don't say anything at all. you obviously have some secret attraction for our van as you don't seem to be abell to help commenting on it.
Sorry to hear you haven't been well recently - hope you are feeling better now.
Love what you have done to your van!!
Can I ask where you got your flowery hitch cover from as I could do with one for my Holi.
I made it last sting as all I could find were boating green ones. It's been on all winter and stood up to all the horrid weather which I am pleased about so won't have to make another this year
Can't put my hans up to the bunting as it was a peace left over from my sisters bridle shop wedding display last spring. She made. I have rows of it here for our next van and fancy crocheting some aswell. But candid bunting one of my sisters sewing lol
