A group of us caravaners, are meeting up in Dalbeattie over the May bank holiday, but my wife & I plan to travel onward, to Culzean Castle.I have looked on a couple of route finders, each give a different routes, maybe good for cars but not towing a caravan, I would be gratefull of any advice. Thanks.

Using the A713 whilst a bit twisty is perfectly suitable for towing and would be your quickest route. I've towed this road many times.
