Had a recent problem with the propane gas on frosty mornings.  Was popping but not igniting at the burners.  Tried later when above freezing and it was fine - thinks - can't be frozen gas as it's propane.  Checked the connections - we have the modern regulator fitted to the bulkhead and I noticed that when I had connected a new cylinder I had allowed a slight bend in the flexi pipe which formed a slow U on its way to the regulator and obviously some condensate had formed in the pipe which was freezing overnight and causing the problem.

I disconnected and allowed the moisture (only a couple of drops) to escape, reconnected and swivelled the cylinder to take up slack on the pipe avoiding the bend.  Hey presto - problem solved.  Perhaps aired in previous posts but this might help someone..
