thanks
john
We've just bought a set for our swift, as I was sick of hitting it when I turned over at night, we found ours on eBay , must of been my lucky day, last week found them on eBay in the same pattern £40!!! So keep an eye out on eBay and also caravan breakers :)

I inquired about a wrap round cushion for our amara 380 but was quoted nearly £200, unless I find one on eBay or similar will carry on as we do at present just moving chest at night and putting it back in morning when we put the bed down
It depends on how fussy you are regarding matching cover fabrics, but the actual infills to fit the gap are readily available from online companies such as Foam Direct, who will supply a piece cut to whatever shape and size you require and even cover it with a layer of fibre fill and stockinette on request, ready to pop into its cover which can easily be made by anyone with a sewing machine and simple furnishings skills.

Our friends have the Amara 570/6 and they bought the wrap around cushion including bolster from the supplying dealer for around £170 new. I bought one for our Adria and it cost £120 but that was without a bolster. £150 seems high given it is second hand.
I have just purchased a new caravan with wrap around seating to replace the chest, I think the cost was 150 extra, so wouldn't expect much more than £75-£100 second hand.

Alan, your profile still states the 542dt. What have you changed it to?
Wizzo, we decided to change for a slightly bigger van so went for the Swift Challenger Sport 636 Kudos special edition. We haven't used it yet but as long as I can get fuel we are planning to go away in it for the first time at Easter.
We looked at one. Very nice indeed. It looked well put together and spacious with a nice wide dinette so no need to use front table too often.I bet you got your money back on the Adria.
Mine arrived and the pattern isn't totally matching but it's such a small infill it doesn't matter at all,it's got the back rest bit too , It hardly shows, I threw a small throw over it and it's fab, so if you don't mind that it's not a match I'd say go for any that fit, your more likely to get them cheaper, it's made our van seem really big and we tested it on Friday on the drive , and it's much better, more comfy and the bed made up now is huge.
Id say £140 is a bit steep, they usually are between £35 to £70 on eBay.it depends how much you want them, but if you're not fussed about pattern or colour then go for any :)

Just seen the ones on eBay, I'd go in with a low offer, theyll either come back with a no or a counter offer, it's worth a go if you want them, I'm chuffed to bits now I've got some.

I put in an offer of £100 and that expired so I put one in at £110 but still nothing. No decline or counter offer or anything. I have not heard a single word. I would have thought if there was a buy now best offer he may have counter offered.
