hi there

i have just bought a swift challenger 490 lse 2004 5 berth with a L shaped back bed with a bunk over the top

but there are no instructions

can someone please show me a photo or tell me how to put up the bunk and bed

You just lift the bunk up and out and it should lock into position or you may have to push the steadys down

As for the L shape you lift the cushings and place the occasional table in the slot then put the seat bases next each other then the seat back cushion's at either end

My 2005 490L has slats rather than using the table. Unfortunately, my van is on a seasonal pitch 70 miles away so I can't post any pictures. I have some cushions under the seats for the bunk and a couple of pieces of wood which are the bed guards. My daughter is going to the van on Monday so I will ask her to bring the handbook back and see if there are any better instructions.
